This Isuzu TXD was a very popular truck in East Africa (Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania) in the late 1960's to 70's. I have also seen clips of them in South East Asian countries, Thailand, Malaysia etc. Very sturdy and economical, even the mechanics loved them. The 6 cylinder diesel was one of the best engines.
They are still around in Kenya circa 2020 and showing no signs of giving up the host. They are prevalent with construction sites all over the country where they deliver ballast, sand and other construction materials. Most of the earliest colonial schools in Kenya had these ISUZU trucks as their school buses. My former high school had one of those.

I just remembered. When I was training to get my driver's license I trained in one of these ISUZU trucks but in the exam ( the Kenya police) examined us on a Dong Feng truck ( I guess a Chinese truck )

このトラックは、消防車🚒のイメージが強いですね、街の消防署でよく見かけました。
20年位前、タイのバンコクで、結構走っていて感激した覚えが有ります。
今じゃ減りはしましたが、タイの地方に行くと現役で走ってますよ。
今の軟弱な車と違い武骨だが味わいのある車両は本当に格好いい❗
